Job summary

Maryborough District Health Service is seeking a CSSD Instrument Technician on a permanent part-time basis (16 hours per fortnight) to join our Central Sterile Services Department. In this role you will ensure the safe cleaning, disinfection, sterilisation and processing of surgical instruments and medical devices.

We require demonstrated CSSD experience, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to quality, safety and compliance with AS 5369 and related standards.

Qualifications

• CSSD experience required
• Endoscopy reprocessing experience preferred
• Teamwork and Can-do attitude
• Compliance with AS 5369 and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, sterilise and process surgical instruments and medical devices.
