Job summary

Dreamworld on the Gold Coast is seeking a Content Coordinator to plan, coordinate and deliver engaging content across our brands and social channels. You will report to the Social Media Specialist and help manage content across Dreamworld, WhiteWater World, SkyPoint and associated brands.

You will coordinate influencers and creators, craft engaging short-form content, write social copy and maintain calendars.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating influencers, content creators or ambassadors.
• Hands-on experience creating content end-to-end, particularly short-form video.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platform best practices.
• Experience managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support content planning and develop ideas aligned to campaigns, attractions, events and promotions.
• Coordinate content creators, influencers and ambassadors, including briefs, timelines, approvals and deliverables.
• Support the creation of engaging short-form content, including Reels and TikToks.
• Write social copy and captions for social content and brief into the Paid Digital team. Maintain content calendars and creator databases.
• Support community management, identify trends and audience sentiment, and elevate issues where required.
• Assist with social media performance reporting and campaign insights.
