Ardent Leisure Group Limited is seeking a part‑time Content Coordinator to join the Marketing team across Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint on the Gold Coast. You will plan, coordinate and publish engaging content, including short‑form videos, across multiple brands and channels.

You’ll work under the Social Media Specialist, coordinating creators and timelines while maintaining calendars, tracking performance and supporting community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating influencers, content creators or ambassadors, with hands-on end-to-end content creation, especially short-form video.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, platform best practices and emerging formats.
• Experience using social media scheduling platforms and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and publish content across Dreamworld, WhiteWater World, SkyPoint and related brands.
• Coordinate content creators and ambassadors, including briefs, timelines, approvals and deliverables.
• Assist with creating engaging short-form content (Reels/TikToks) and writing social copy.
• Maintain content calendars and creator databases to stay organized and aligned with strategy.
• Support community management and monitor audience sentiment, escalating issues as needed.
• Assist with social media performance reporting and campaign insights.

What’s the gig?

Reporting to the Social Media Specialist, you will support the planning, coordination, creation and publishing of content across Dreamworld, WhiteWater World, SkyPoint and associated brands.

You will:

• Support content planning and develop ideas aligned to campaigns, attractions, events and promotions and more
• Coordinate content creators, influencers and ambassadors, including briefs, visits, timelines, approvals and deliverables.
• Support the creation of engaging short-form content, including Reels and TikToks.
• Write social copy and captions for social content and brief into the Paid Digital team Maintain content calendars and creator databases to keep activity organised,on track and aligned to the overall strategy.
• Support community management, identify trends and audience sentiment, and elevate issues where required.
• Assist with social media performance reporting and campaign insights.

You will also be comfortable appearing on camera from time to time when the content calls for it.

What we are looking for

• You will bring experience coordinating influencers, content creators or ambassadors, along with hands‑on experience creating content from end to end, particularly short‑form video.
• You will have a strong understanding of social media trends, platform best practice and emerging content formats, plus experience managing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, organisation and attention to detail are essential, along with experience using social media scheduling platforms.
• A passion for social media, entertainment, tourism, attractions or live events would be a bonus.
