Job summary

Bendon Lingerie is seeking a Concession Manager for the MYER Miranda store in Sydney. This permanent full-time role runs Tuesday to Saturday, leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and hitting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading and coaching a retail team.
• Ability to drive customer service excellence and KPIs.
• Experience analyzing sales data and rostering to optimize store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Becoming BRA-FIT certified to provide expert fitting guidance.
• Represent Bendon's brand and empower customers with confidence.
• Oversee loss prevention, stock processing, and KPI achievement.
• Implement Bendon's Visual Merchandising standards at MYER PAD.
• Analyze sales data and rosters to optimize store performance.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager on initiatives at store, regional, and company levels.

• Leading, coaching, and developing a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Becoming BRA-FIT certified to provide expert fitting guidance
• Representing Bendon's vision-helping all women feel confident and comfortable for life
• Managing key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs
• Implementing Bendon's Visual Merchandising standards within the MYER PAD
• Analyzing sales data, reporting, and rosters to optimize store performance
• Partnering with the Regional Manager to drive initiatives at a store, regional, and company level
