Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Social Work or a related field
• Current registration or eligibility for registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Social Worker, preferably in a healthcare or community-based setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and build trust with patients and their families
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality
• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology to support patient care and documentation
