Job summary

TURS - COFFS HARBOUR is seeking a friendly, proactive Project Support Officer to work under our Local Connector. You will help welcome essential workers and families relocating to the Coffs Harbour and Bellingen regions, perform admin tasks, manage communications and social media, and assist with Welcome Bags and community activities.

The role is fixed-term part-time, 14 hours per week with flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to warmly welcome and engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Confidence using digital platforms; a current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• National Police Check and NSW WWCC are required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome essential workers and their families relocating to the Coffs Harbour and Bellingen regions.
• Provide day-to-day project support, including administration, communications and social media.
• Assist with preparing Welcome Bags and coordinating community activities.
