Belgravia Leisure is seeking a part-time Community Engagement & Inclusion Coordinator to drive the 5 Year Access & Inclusion Plan within Banyule, oversee program delivery at aquatic venues, and bolster community participation and social inclusion.

You will build partnerships, research local needs, and report on program impact while supporting sustainable, accessible services for CALD groups, people with disability, and other underserved communities.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering community programs and initiatives.
• Ability to develop professional reports on program actions and outcomes.
• Experience engaging CALD communities and promoting inclusion.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, engage and collaborate with a network of community members and groups to implement programs.
• Identify local community needs through robust research to enhance programs.
• Collaborate with coordinators and stakeholders to develop and evaluate programs.
• Create sustainable program plans where possible and report impact to stakeholders.
• Develop professional reports on actions and outcomes of the programs.
