Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a part-time Community Engagement & Inclusion Coordinator to lead the implementation of the 5 Year Access & Inclusion Plan in Banyule. You will develop programs that promote accessibility and participation and report on outcomes to the Centre Manager.

The role focuses on building networks, researching local needs, and delivering sustainable community programs within our aquatic venues. Experience in community work and strong collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and collaborate with key community members and groups to enhance social capital.
• Through robust research, identify local community needs for programs in disability/diversity spaces.
• Collaborate with coordinators and stakeholders to develop programs and collect data to evaluate impact.
• Identify opportunities to ensure programs are sustainable and self-sufficient.
• Develop professional reports on actions and outcomes of implemented programs.
