Hunter New England Local Health District in Guyra seeks a Clinical Nurse Educator to join a small, friendly team. This permanent part-time role focuses on delivering education, mentoring staff, and advancing evidence-based practice to support safe, high-quality patient care.

You will collaborate with Nurse Management and Clinical Nurse Consultants to design, deliver and evaluate programs, with comprehensive orientation and ongoing support.

Formación

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Recent clinical experience, preferably in emergency or critical care nursing.
• Passion for clinical education and mentoring others.
• Ability to identify learning needs and deliver engaging education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with all experience levels.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver clinical education and practical learning to build nursing skills and confidence.
• Mentor and support nursing staff through orientation and ongoing education.
• Facilitate training across key programs including BLS, ALS, and emergency skills.
• Identify learning needs and promote best practice for high-quality patient care.
