Job summary

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Proven ability to educate, mentor and support nurses, students and new staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate clinical education programs for nursing staff.
• Provide mentorship, clinical supervision and support to students, graduate nurses, and existing staff.
• Facilitate orientation and professional development activities for new and transitioning employees.
• Promote evidence-based practice and clinical competence across community care services.
• Contribute to education resources, training initiatives and policy development.
