Job summary

St Joseph's Primary Jerilderie invites applications for a Temporary Part-Time Classroom and Learning Support (CLS) role. The position supports students with disabilities and learning needs, working closely with teachers to deliver personalised strategies.

The role runs 28 October to 17 December 2026, 17.5 hours per week, with a schedule Tue–Fri. Salary Level 4: $38.32 per hour, with benefits including discounted health cover and salary packaging options.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in providing learning support.
• Highly organised and flexible to changing timetables or arrangements.
• Effective in all areas of communication.
• Ability to use technology in a variety of formats.
• Passion, willingness or experience in working with students.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers and students in and outside the Learning Spaces.
• Provide targeted learning support for students with disabilities and additional learning needs.
• Collaborate with classroom staff to assess and respond to individual needs.
