Job summary

Emmaus Christian College in Adelaide, SA, is seeking an enthusiastic part-time Administrator for sports programs to support admin tasks, registrations, event delivery, and compliance across Co-curricular activities.

You will contribute to planning Athletics, Swimming, Cross Country and other events, coordinate bookings, and ensure safety and policy compliance while serving a Christ-centred community.

Qualifications

• Provide administrative support for representative sports, clubs and co-curricular programs.
• Coordinate team registrations, nominations, fixtures, draws, bookings, transport and permissions.
• Conduct equipment audits and arrange repairs or replacements.
• Plan and assist in Athletics, Swimming, Cross Country and other events.
• Prepare communications to students, parents, staff, coaches and sporting organisations.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, WHS, risk management and sporting regulations.
• Assist volunteers, coaches and team managers to meet WWCC, RRHAN-EC and other compliance obligations.
• Be a committed Christian and actively participate in College life.
• Experience in a similar role or in education admin preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge of sporting and non-sporting genres.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Be resourceful and innovative.
• Be a positive, collaborative team player.
