Soldier On in New South Wales is seeking a part-time chef to prepare, cook, and serve meals in line with established procedures. You will apply catering control principles, maintain food safety documents, manage stock, and assist with rosters across two options (25 hours Mon-Fri or 30 hours Sat-Wed).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food hygiene & OH&S.
• Police check holder or willing to obtain a police check.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with procedures.
• Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning.
• Responsible for maintaining food safety documents.
• Stock control and rotation.
• Roster options: 25 hours Mon-Fri or 30 hours Sat-Wed.
