Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking a Business Development Officer in Melbourne CBD on a casual 12-hour per week, 12-week assignment. You will cleanse prospect data, conduct outbound calls and email campaigns, and secure appointments for the sales team.

Ideal candidates are energetic communicators with outbound sales experience, strong CRM skills, and the ability to work 12 hours weekly with a mix of office and work-from-home days.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or lead generation.
• Strong phone communication skills and confidence when talking to senior decision-makers.
• High computer literacy and experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Cleanse, update, and maintain prospect data in the CRM.
• Research target organisations and key decision-makers.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and send tailored emails.
• Book qualified appointments for senior sales representatives.
• Maintain records of all sales activities and outcomes.
• Support lead generation and business development campaigns.
