Job summary

Commonwealth Bank of Australia in Mildura is seeking a Branch Concierge to join the branch hub on a part-time, 25-hour-per-week basis. Rosters are predetermined so please ensure you can cover the listed days and hours.

In this role you will build personal connections with customers, guide them through in-branch technology and digital banking options, conduct Financial Health Checks, and refer more complex needs to specialist colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused attitude with a service-delivery mindset.
• Ability to engage with customers and refer to specialists as needed.
• Comfort with bank processes and working in a retail banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Build a personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations.
• Assist customers with in-branch technology and digital banking options.
• Complete routine transactions and ensure customers leave satisfied.
• Conduct Financial Health Checks to assess banking needs.
• Process applications for personal loans and credit cards.
• Proactively engage customers to invite them for Health Checks or specialist appointments.
• Follow Bank processes, reconcile transactions and review financial positions.
• Engage with customers through community events and fundraising activities.
• Support team safety and wellbeing in the branch.
