Job summary

Perigon Group is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper / Assistant Accountant to join its finance team in Sydney CBD with flexible hybrid arrangements. This role offers 3–4 days per week for an experienced bookkeeping professional in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Reporting to the GM Finance, you will handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, payroll, credit card reconciliations, and general finance support. A strong eye for detail and team orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping or assistant accounting roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable and timely payment of creditors.
• Accounts Receivable invoicing and collections.
• Daily bank reconciliations.
• Monthly payroll processing and compliance.
• Credit card administration and reconciliations.
• General finance and administrative support as required.
