Job summary

Kryolan Australia Pty in Sydney's Darlinghurst Pro Store is seeking a part-time Beauty Advisor / Retail Makeup Artist. You will provide expert in-store consultations, product recommendations, and retail sales while applying makeup and offering hairstyling services.

You'll work 2-5 shifts per week (including Saturdays), stay current with product knowledge, drive store KPIs through exceptional service, and have opportunities for progression to full-time roles.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• Proven professional makeup skills (Glamour, SFX, Beauty, and Hairstyling experience are a plus).
• A positive, bubbly personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Previous retail experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert in-store consultations, product recommendations, and retail sales.
• Apply makeup including hairstyling services and conduct makeup lessons for clients.
• Drive personal and store KPIs by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
