Revlon, at the Elizabeth Arden and Revlon counters in Sydney, seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, educate customers through makeup application and product knowledge, and support the Retail Manager. This permanent part-time role is 20 hours per week, depending on promotions, at Myer Warringah.

You will need availability Thursday evenings and weekend trade, with cosmetics experience and makeup qualification. A competitive commission scheme applies.

Qualifications

• Cosmetic or beauty experience essential.
• Makeup qualification required.
• Product selling experience.
• Consultative sales experience and/or understanding preferred.
• Deep understanding of skincare desirable.
• Beauty experience or qualification advantageous.
• Cold/in-person recruitment experience valued.
• Excellent customer service and reliable organization.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and meet targets.
• Educate customers in features and benefits of product ranges.
• Work on a roster basis, including weekends and extended retail trading hours.
