Westpac is seeking a Teller for our Tuggerah branch on the Central Coast. You will greet customers, handle everyday banking needs, and guide them to specialists when required. This is a part-time role offering 20 hours per week across Monday, Thursday and Friday.

You’ll learn Westpac products, support customers with digital banking, and thrive in a welcoming team focused on financial wellbeing and compliant service delivery.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with banking transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and ensure end-of-day balancing.
• Educate customers on digital platforms such as online banking and our mobile app.
• Identify opportunities to improve customers’ financial wellbeing with tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
