Job summary

adidas is opening a brand new Concept Store in Rouse Hill, NSW, and is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to lead the team 4 days a week, including one weekend day. You will work under the Store Manager to drive sales targets, ensure an outstanding customer experience, and uphold adidas brand standards.

The role focuses on people leadership, store operations, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Solid retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar leadership or supervisory role.
• Motivated, energetic and passionate about achievement in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve KPIs and sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor performance data and adjust to drive commercial success.

We are seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team on a PART-TIME basis and open a brand new Concept Store in Rouse Hill, NSW.

The Assistant Store Manager (Part-Time) will be expected to work approx 4 days per week covering both weekdays and 1 X weekend day. They will lead from the front, and inspire success in all areas of people management and store management.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting the Store Manager in:

• Managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience


• Monitor and analyze performance data and make any necessary adjustments to drive commercial success


• Effectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store environment


• Be a role model and lead your team for customer service and meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations


• Guide and train all team members within your assigned area on brand product knowledge and customer service


• Coordinate team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards


• Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process


• Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance

Requirements

To be successful in your application, you will have a solid retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the following will be highly regarded:

• Retail leadership experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear
