Job summary

Manly Management Pty is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager in McDowall, Brisbane. The role fits around school hours, roughly 9:00 am–3:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with tasks across leasing, inspections, maintenance and tenancy administration.

Ideal candidates will have prior residential property management experience in Queensland, be proficient with PropertyMe, and hold a current Queensland RE license and a driver's license. Reapit Letting and Realworks experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Residential property management experience required (Queensland).
• Proficiency with PropertyMe and digital inspections.
• Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Current Queensland real estate registration and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operation of portfolio.
• Respond to tenant and owner inquiries.
• Assist with tenancy applications and onboarding.
• Prepare tenancy documentation and lease renewals.
• Coordinate routine, entry and exit inspections.
• Follow up maintenance requests and contractors.
• Rent arrears and tenancy administration assistance.
• Prepare and process RTA documentation.
• Communicate professionally with owners, tenants and contractors.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Property Manager.
