Springmount Services is seeking cleaners for a large regional Shopping Centre in Tamworth, NSW. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with various rosters including weekends and night work. Successful applicants will be employed directly and paid award wages on time, every time.

Responsibilities

• Clean touch points such as taps, bubblers, handrails, doors and bathrooms.
• Mop, sweep, dust and vacuum; complete diverse cleaning tasks.
• Maintain stock supplies and place orders as needed.
• Spot clean and washroom cleaning.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety rules.
• Create a positive and safe working environment.

Springmount Services is a 100% Australian owned and operated integrated services company with over 1950 staff nationwide, and we are currently on the lookout for cleaning staff who share our commitment to service excellence and care.

We have full time and part time positions available in a large regional Shopping Centre in Tamworth and we are looking for enthusiastic, engaging team members who are passionate about delivering a great experience to our customers with every interaction.

Various Rosters available including weekends and night work.

Successful applicants will be employed directly by us (no subcontractors) and will be paid Award wages on time, every time!

Key attributes for this role will include:

• Having a friendly disposition and the ability to respond to reactive and proactive cleaning requirements quickly and efficiently
• Prior retail cleaning experience
• Being able to provide pro-active to support to the team, customers, centre management and centre retailers
• Have experience in reporting including cleaning audits

Key Selection Criteria:

• Must have a current police check.

The Role

• Our cleaners are responsible for a range of duties and work to agreed schedules to deliver an exceptionally high standard of work. Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Cleaning of all touch points (taps, bubblers, handrails, door handles, bathrooms etc.)
• Mopping, sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming, you will need to be able to complete various duties,
• Maintenance of stock supplies and orders.
• Spot cleaning,
• Washroom cleaning
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures
• Creating a positive and safe working environment.
