Respect in Regional Australia is seeking a Part-Time Cleaning Services Assistant to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, staff and visitors in a residential aged care setting.

You will clean resident rooms and shared spaces, handle chemicals safely, and support infection control standards while contributing to a home-like atmosphere and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise resident rooms, bathrooms, and shared living areas in line with infection control standards
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas including lounges, dining rooms, corridors, and staff areas
• Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment according to workplace procedures
• Dispose of waste and manage linen in accordance with hygiene and safety guidelines
• Follow cleaning schedules and workplace procedures to maintain consistent, high-quality standards
