Job summary

PresCare Alexandra Gardens, part of the Apollo Care Alliance, offers a rewarding part-time Care Service Assistant role to support residents in a warm, compassionate aged-care setting. You will assist Personal Care Workers and help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.

The position involves a mix of AM/PM shifts with up to 40 hours per fortnight. A current NDIS Worker Clearance (or willingness to obtain) and excellent communication are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability across the week
• Experience in Aged Care or similar environment

Responsibilities

• Provide mobility assistance and meals delivery
• Supervise memory support unit
• Stock resident continence bags
• Clean resident rooms and perform laundry duties
• Provide emotional support to residents and families
• Assist residents to participate in activities
