Job summary

Harvey Norman Maryborough Administration Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Administration Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As Administration Manager, you has a good understanding of Administration processes, team leadership, general retail operations and liaising with relevant stakeholders to provide exceptional support services.

Qualifications

• Be highly motivated and results driven with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent communication in verbal and written English.
• Highly organised with great time management skills.
• Experience in office management and leading a team.
• Ability to work under pressure with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist Franchisee's in tasks including: Creditors, debtors, banking reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash books, recruitment and monthly reporting.
• Lead and motivate an enthusiastic office administration team.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to provide exceptional support services.
• Manage general retail administration processes and day-to-day operations.
