Goodstart Early Learning in Darwin is seeking a part-time Customer Service/Administration role to support the Centre Director and build the attendance pipeline. You will deliver high-quality customer service and manage essential administrative tasks, while fostering strong relationships with families.

The role requires a current NT Working with Children Check and completion of the National Child Safety Foundation Training via Geccko. Competitive pay and 15% childcare fee discount are offered.

Qualifications

• Current NT with Children Check is required.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training completed via Geccko platform.
• Experience in customer service or administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Director to prioritise and build the centre’s attendance pipeline.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service, including responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Perform key business administration tasks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families.
