Job summary

TeamKids is seeking a Second in Charge (2IC) at our Oran Park service in NSW. The role involves leading care delivery across before and after school programs, ensuring safety and quality while supporting the Director of Service.

This is a part-time opportunity with total hours around 38 per week, aligned with school terms and holidays. You will train and develop staff, engage with children and families, and uphold TeamKids’ commitment to child safety and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Diploma (or working towards) per ACECQA standards.
• Prior OSHC/Before & After School Care experience preferred, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for children.
• Support the Director of Service and oversee daily operations.
• Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff.
