TeamKids is seeking a Second in Charge (2IC) for our North Sydney OSHC service. This part-time role works split shifts, leading a team to deliver high-quality care and memorable experiences for children before and after school.

You will collaborate with staff, parents, and school leaders to create engaging programs, while upholding child safety standards and a positive service culture.

Qualifications

• This role requires prior experience in before/after school care or education.
• Candidate should be a strong communicator with children, parents and staff.
• Interest in leading a team and delivering high-quality care is essential.
