TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) across Australia. The Second in Charge (2IC) will lead in delivering high-quality care at our North Sydney service, ensuring memorable experiences for children while supporting a dedicated team and engaging with parents and school principals.

This permanent, part-time role offers hands-on leadership in a fast-paced OSHC environment and is backed by a Director of Service for guidance and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Before/After School Care or education is preferred.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying positive.
• Confident communicator with children, parents, and school principals.
• Strong teamwork and proactive problem-solving abilities.
