Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the horticultural team with general parks and gardens maintenance including mowing, weeding, pruning, mulching, brush-cutting, spraying, and basic repairs.
• Help monitor parks and report any damage, hazards, or maintenance issues.
• Complete daily paperwork such as timesheets and maintenance records.
• Take part in training and learning as part of the apprenticeship program.
• Use and look after tools, vehicles, and equipment safely while following Council policies and procedures.
