Job summary

Solutions+ is seeking a skilled Grounds & Horticulture lead in NSW to join our team. You will lead a small crew, perform daily lawn care, pruning, and garden maintenance across commercial sites, ensuring quality and efficiency.

You will operate ride-on and zero-turn mowers, use a range of tools, and conduct on-site safety checks while representing Solutions+ professionally to clients. A current licence and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Current driver's licence (manual or automatic)
• National Police Check
• Working with Children Check

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance.
• Hands-on work: mowing, edging, pruning, and garden maintenance.
• Operate zero-turn mowers, ride-on machinery and specialised grounds equipment.
• Use handheld power tools and machinery to maintain gardens, lawns and green spaces.
• Complete hedging, trimming, blowing, weeding, mulching and general horticultural works.
• Allocate daily tasks, support the team and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Complete pre-starts, SWMS, Take 5s and other required site safety and reporting tasks.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks, rectifying maintenance issues as required.
• Communicate with clients on-site and represent Solutions+ professionally at commercial properties.
• Lead by example on-site, maintaining a safe workplace while delivering quality work alongside your team.
