Job summary

Complete Staff Solutions is seeking a casual grounds maintenance worker to join a town Parks and Gardens crew to assist with the upkeep of recreation areas, parks, sporting fields and public amenities in the Bathurst area. This role is casual with full-time hours for approximately 4 months, potentially longer depending on seasonal conditions; an immediate start is available for the right applicant.

Construction Induction Certificate (White Card) and an unrestricted driver licence are a must; MR

Qualifications

• Must hold White Card and unrestricted licence.
• MR licence is an advantage.
• Experience with lawn mowers, tractors and pruning tools required.
• Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with upkeep of recreation areas, parks, sporting fields and public amenities in the Bathurst area.
• Work as part of a team or independently in outdoor conditions.
• Operate plant and equipment listed in qualifications and follow safety procedures.

Re-advertised position due to additional opportunities becoming available.

We currently have a position available to join atown maintenance (Parks and Gardens)crew to assistwith the upkeep ofrecreation areas, parks, sporting fields and public amenitiesin the Bathurst area.

Casual role, full time hours of work for approximately 4 months, possibly longer with exact duration to be determined by seasonal conditions.

Seeking genuine team players - immediate start of work is available for the right applicant.

Construction Induction Certificate (white card) and a current unrestricted driver licence are a must. MR licence or above would be an advantage.

Previousexperience in the operation ofplant and equipment such as: lawn mowers, small tractors, edge/linetrimmers, whipper snippers, hedgers and hand tools is imperative to succeed in this position.

Previous experience in a similar role with gardening, grounds maintenance, irrigation work or landscaping is required.

A chemical handling card would be a bonus but is not essential.
