Job summary

Wilson Parking is seeking a casual PES Patrol Officer to join our Perth team. The role involves patrolling assigned areas in and around the city, delivering first-class customer service to clients and the public, and supporting our operating hours, including weekends and public holidays.

You will complete training to perform parking enforcement in line with legislative and client requirements, maintain equipment, and promptly report incidents or hazards while working independently or as part of

Qualifications

Experience in delivering customer service in dynamic environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously, in a team, and self-motivate.
Willingness to learn about equipment and maintenance issues at a basic level.
Eligible to obtain National Police Clearance.

Responsibilities

Patrol assigned areas on foot and/or by motor vehicle.
Complete administrative and reporting requirements accurately and timely.
Provide professional, accurate, and timely customer service to clients and the public.
Maintain parking equipment in good condition and working order.
Promptly report incidents, hazards and risks in a timely manner.
