Job summary

Core Talent is seeking a reliable Parking Patrol Officer for a 3-month contract in the Western Sydney region. The role runs 35 hours per week at AU$36.29 per hour to support safety, amenity, and compliance across local town centres.

You will monitor zones with parking restrictions, issue notices or warnings, and assist with broader town-centre initiatives. The ideal candidate has solid customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a valid NSW driver license.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in challenging or high-volume environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow established work practices and procedures.
• Proven reliability and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive patrols of regulated parking areas.
• Issue Penalty Notices or warnings per legislation and Council procedures.
• Monitor and report amenity issues such as dumped rubbish and obstructions.
• Provide professional customer service to community members and stakeholders.
• Follow established work practices and compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate within a team to support daily operations.
• Maintain accurate records and use computer systems confidently.
