Canberra Health Services (CHS) is seeking a Fleet and Parking Officer to support parking and fleet services across CHS facilities. The role involves monitoring parking, coordinating maintenance, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring accurate records and compliance.

The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, strong organisational and customer service skills, and the ability to apply standard operating procedures in daily tasks within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report parking-related matters across Canberra Health Services.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and respond to customer enquiries.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on parking and fleet services.
• Manage parking compliance, issue infringements, and attend court proceedings when required.
• Administer fleet records, driver authorisations and vehicle data.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy records and process accounts.
