Job summary

The Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service and Partnerships in Cairns is seeking a Ranger to provide operational leadership across Queensland's parks. This permanent full-time role involves supervising ranger teams, delivering park management programs and engaging with communities and stakeholders.

You will coordinate pest and weed control, fire management, infrastructure maintenance and compliance, while mentoring staff and reporting on progress.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in outdoor or land management settings.
• Ability to manage projects, enforce safety practices, and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities
