Job summary

G'day Group is seeking a hands-on Grounds & Maintenance Assistant to support park operations and guest experiences across our park network. You will assist with front office administration, maintain grounds and gardens, and perform maintenance across park assets while upholding safety and brand standards.

Ideal candidates have grounds keeping experience, solid computer skills and a current drivers license. The role may require weekend/evening work and after-hours on-call support, with benefits

Qualifications

• Previous experience in grounds keeping and property maintenance.
• Sound computer skills.
• Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Great communication and relationship building skills.
• Pool maintenance experience would be advantageous.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, evenings and assist with after hours call outs.
• Current drivers licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional guest experience.

• Maintenance tasks across all park assets and facilities.
• Ensure the Park is compliant with all safety and brand standards.
