Job summary

G’day Group is seeking a hands-on grounds keeper to maintain the park’s outdoor areas and facilities. You will perform daily tasks to keep surroundings clean and attractive, including landscaping, mowing, and general upkeep of amenities and play areas.

Role requires experience in grounds maintenance, safe operation of equipment and tools, and flexibility to cover a 7-day roster. A current driver’s licence is essential; trade qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance.
• Experience with building and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Attention to detail for safety and aesthetics.
• Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment and power tools.
• Flexibility to work over a 7 day roster.
• Trade qualification desirable.
• Pool maintenance experience advantageous.
• A current valid driver’s licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks to ensure park remains clean, tidy and well presented.
• Maintain condition and cleanliness of park facilities, including amenities, camp kitchen and play areas.
• Perform general grounds upkeep, including landscaping, mowing, and litter removal.
• Carry out repairs and routine maintenance tasks on park accommodation and facilities.
• Manage and maintain park equipment and tools.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
