MercyCare in Perth’s Northern Suburbs is seeking a dedicated professional to work with families to build confidence and parenting skills, delivering tailored education and brief interventions. You will assess needs, develop practical plans, and connect families with appropriate services while collaborating with community partners.

Qualifications

• Degree qualifications and prior experience in a relevant sector.
• Evidence-based therapeutic, educational or early intervention for people experiencing complex or challenging circumstances.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully with diverse families and communities.
• A flexible, innovative and self-directed approach, with confidence working both independently and as part of a team.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Department of Education Clearance obtained within the past 3 years.
• National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months).
