CQUniversity is seeking a motivated Lecturer in Paramedicine to shape the next generation of paramedics. The role involves delivering high-quality learning experiences across lectures, simulations, and clinical activities on campus and in the field.

You will contribute to curriculum development, coordinate units, and support students to meet unit and course objectives, benefiting from modern facilities and strong professional networks.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Paramedicine; postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
• Teaching qualification or willingness to complete Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching / Education.
• Experience contributing to curriculum development and applying flexible modes of delivery.
• Experience teaching and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students across multiple learning environments.
• Strong ability to engage with industry partners, community stakeholders and professional networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration.
• Experience in development and delivery of clinical simulation (low to high fidelity) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality learning experiences across lectures, simulations and clinical-focused activities.
• Guide students on campus and in the field, bringing real-world relevance to learning moments.
• Contribute to curriculum development and coordinate units to achieve course objectives.
