Job summary

Stephen Browne Personal Injury Lawyers in Perth CBD is seeking multiple motivated Administration Assistant/Paralegals to join our growing Personal Injury team in a full-time, permanent capacity, Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 5:00pm.

The role carries responsibilities from client service and communication with medical providers to document preparation, expenses, and general admin, all while upholding the firm's values and contributing to a positive working environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a law firm is helpful but not essential.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• High level of organisation and time management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Ability to work autonomously and follow processes.
• Enthusiastic approach and commitment to client outcomes.
• Appetite to achieve great outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, compassionate service to clients through verbal and written communication.
• Communicate with medical providers, insurers and third parties in a professional manner.
• Prepare documents and correspondence with impeccable attention to detail.
• Prepare schedules of out of pocket expenses and travel expenses.
• Perform general administrative duties as required.
• Scan and save documents as needed.
• Uphold the firm's core values and behavioural standards.
• Contribute to a positive external profile and build strong relationships within the firm.
