Job summary

O'Brien Body & Paint Gatton Pty Ltd is seeking a trade-qualified Panel Beater to join our Gatton workshop in Queensland. This full-time, permanent role involves repairing a range of vehicles, replacing damaged sections, and preparing vehicles for painting.

The successful candidate will have a trade certificate (or 3 years' industry experience), a current driver’s licence, and the ability to work with specialist tools in a team environment. Relocation or reliable commuting to Gatton is required.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate or 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Must hold a current driver’s licence.
• White Card and Work Safely at Heights are preferred.
• Reliable and well-presented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Identify repairs on a range of vehicles.
• Replace damaged sections with new or second-hand panels.
• Repair damaged vehicles with specialist tools and equipment.
• Prepare vehicles for painting.
• Strip and refit vehicles correctly and safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work bay.
