Job summary

Monash Health in Melbourne's south-east is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the General Medicine unit (palliative) at Dandenong Hospital. Full-time or part-time on a rotating roster, you will provide high-quality patient care and support palliative needs as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers opportunities for postgraduate education, mentorship and ongoing professional development with Clinical Educators and Coaches available on site.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with experience in General Medicine (acute hospital setting).
• AHPRA-registered and eligible for ongoing professional development.
• Demonstrated communication and teamwork in a diverse healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in General Medicine with a focus on safety and compassion.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in education and mentoring activities.
• Adapt to a rotating roster across shifts and support the South West 4 team in Dandenong Hospital.
