Zusammenfassung

Melbourne City Mission Palliative Care is seeking a Palliative Care Enrolled Nurse for a part-time role (8 days per fortnight) in Thornbury. You will deliver specialist palliative care within an interdisciplinary team, upholding our values and procedures.

Applicants should hold a valid Medication Endorsement (AHPRA) and have at least three years of relevant experience, plus competence with electronic records. Salary packaging benefits are available.

Qualifikationen

• Medication Endorsement with current certification from the Nursing and Midwifery Board AHPRA.
• Minimum of three years’ work experience across relevant hospital or community-based settings.
• Ability to work with patients who have terminal illnesses and sensitivity to dying/bereaved individuals.
• Competence with electronic client records and well-developed computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide specialist palliative care to MCMPC clients.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team and with external health professionals.
• Implement Melbourne City Mission’s values, policies and procedures in care delivery.
