BlueCare is expanding its palliative care services in Queensland and invites applications for an experienced Clinical Nurse or Registered Nurse. The role is based in Atherton/Mareeba with travel to regional sites, offering growth within a supported clinical structure and innovative service models to deliver high-quality end-of-life care.
You will develop and monitor care plans, perform resident assessments, assist in staff orientation and professional development, and help ensure accreditation
Formación
- Current Registered Nurse Licence and Registration Certificate in the employing State.
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Post graduate qualification in Palliative or related discipline or pursuing.
- Experience in palliative care, pain management, or acute care is valued.
Responsabilidades
- Develop, implement, monitor and review care plans.
- Conduct comprehensive resident assessments.
- Assist with orientation of new staff and ongoing professional development.
- Support in ensuring the service meets accreditation standards.
