Job summary

You will provide compassionate end-of-life support to clients and their families, delivering high-quality nursing care in the home setting across Rockhampton and Gladstone communities. Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse Licence and Registration Certificate in the employing State.
- Hold a Bachelor of Nursing degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience or ongoing pursuit of qualifications in palliative care, pain management, or acute care is highly valued.
- Demonstrated aptitude in effective communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders to address care requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality end-of-life care to clients and families.
- Work within BlueCare's community palliative care services across Queensland.
- Collaborate with palliative care teams to support care planning and delivery.
