BlueCare seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a specialised in-home palliative team based in Emerald. You will deliver high-quality end-of-life care to clients and families, backed by a strong clinical structure and a supportive health network.

The role offers growth in both community services and palliative care, with opportunities to engage across Queensland while contributing to compassionate, home-based care. A current RN licence and nursing degree are essential.

Formación

Current Registered Nurse Licence and Registration Certificate in the employing State.
Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent.
Mid to senior level proficiency in general nursing with clinical expertise and person-centered care.
Palliative care, pain management, or acute care qualifications valued.
Strong communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
Current driver’s licence; ability to navigate rural/remote Queensland.

Responsabilidades

Work within BlueCare’s specialised palliative care services to support statewide expansion.
Contribute to a robust clinical structure and innovative service models.
Engage with communities across Queensland while based in Emerald.
