Your role partners with Nursing Unit Manager and HammondCare Health Education Lead to build a cohesive team, drive learning culture, and deliver education with needs analysis and evaluation to improve care quality.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as a nurse.
• Postgraduate qualification in palliative care is advantageous.
• Experience developing, delivering and evaluating education programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical nurse education in the palliative care unit.
• Lead education activities and needs analysis with staff.
• Evaluate outcomes and report to Nurse Unit Manager.
