Job summary

Tyre Doctor in Narangba is seeking a hands-on Painter / Labourer to deliver prime finishes on off-the-road wheels and industrial parts. The role covers blasting, priming, painting and contributing to the Rim Process, within a supportive workshop culture.

You will work Monday to Friday in a full-time role, with training and opportunities to grow in a leading tyre and wheel service company that values quality, safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on painting experience on earthmoving equipment and other industrial machinery.
• Ability to apply primers and topcoats using brush, roller and spray gun.
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship.
• Effective communication and dependable work ethic.
• Forklift licence is advantageous but not required.

Tyre Doctor is looking for a Painter / Labourer to join our team at the Tyre Doctor Narangba Rim Workshop.

In this practical, hands-on position, you will be responsible for delivering high quality paint finishes to off-the-road (OTR) and industrial wheels. You will also work across all sections of the Rim Process.

What We’re Looking For:

• Painter with at least 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in blasting and painting earthmoving equipment and other industrial machinery
• Proven ability to apply primers and topcoats using brush, roller, and spray gun techniques
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship
• Effective communication skills and a dependable work ethic
• Forklift licence and experience handling heavy equipment wheels (advantageous but not required)
