Job summary

Tyre Doctor is seeking a Painter / Labourer to deliver top-quality paint finishes on OTR and industrial wheels at the Narangba Rim Workshop. This hands-on role covers multiple steps in the Rim Process and supports a collaborative, safety-conscious team.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hands-on painting/blasting experience, with proficiency in primers and topcoats using brush, roller or spray gun techniques. Forklift experience is a plus in handling heavy wheels.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on painting/blasting experience on earthmoving equipment or industrial machinery.
• Ability to apply primers and topcoats using brush, roller, or spray gun techniques.
• High attention to detail with a strong safety and quality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality paint finishes to off-the-road (OTR) and industrial wheels.
• Work across all sections of the Rim Process.
• Contribute to a supportive workshop environment and adhere to safety standards.
